• Free audits and initial estimates are provided without obligation.
• Project pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.
• Payment terms, including any deposits or milestone payments, will be set out in your project agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, credentials, or assets reasonably required for us to deliver the services. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for you transfers to you, except for any third-party components, open-source libraries, or pre-existing tools and frameworks, which remain subject to their respective licenses. We may retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions and Acceptance

The number of revision rounds included is defined in your project agreement. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be subject to further charges.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" and we make no other warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vodakone Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vodakone Team operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
